Store Policies

We endeavor to provide quality products, competitive prices, and correct undamaged shipments; however, sometimes problems occur.

If you have a problem with your order, contact us immediately using our contact us link or by phone, so we can resolve that problem efficiently.  

We do reserve the right to cancel any order, at any time, and for any reason.

PAYMENTS and ORDERS:
We provide a variety of payment methods for your convenience.
Credit Card numbers are not seen or collected by our store software; we use payment processors.
We do not process credit cards manually, and they are bank verified for Billing Address.
We do not take orders over the phone, only through the shopping cart system.
Special orders are processed via a shopping cart format.
To ship to a different address, please create/use a verified Paypal account.

PRODUCT DAMAGE DURING SHIPMENT:
If you receive a package that is obviously damaged, please take clear/sharp pictures of the damage before opening that package.
If the product is damaged please take clear/sharp pictures of that damage, and send those pictures to us so we can file an insurance claim with the shipping service.
Based on the situation, we might, or might not, require that the product(s) are returned for inspection.
We will endeavor to efficiently replace damaged products as quickly and reasonably as can be done.

CANCELLATIONS:
If you decide to cancel an order, we will refund the amount paid less any costs we have already incurred, and cannot get back, to cancel the order.

RETURNS POLICY:
If you want to return an item, you may receive an exchange, or store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.
Please use the Return Request link and let us know the reason for the return.

Use or modification of items you have received voids full refund or return of merchandise.
We do not offer, or provide, demo clubs/products to customers; particularly custom build products.
Custom Manufactured golf clubs, or products, are not returnable, or refundable, unless we made a mistake.

Refunds are issued when item is returned and inspected for new condition; we do charge a 15% restocking fee.
Costs of shipping the order to you, are not refundable since we cannot recover those costs.
Return shipping is customer responsibility and not refunded unless we made a mistake.
Special Order Products receive 'Store Credit Only' and requires a restocking fee of 25% plus shipping and handling costs.
Custom Manufactured golf clubs, or products, are not returnable, or refundable, unless we made a mistake.
We do not offer, or provide, demo clubs/products to customers.

SHIPPING: 
If you do not get a shipping estimate, please contact us and we will try and provide one.
Free shipping is 'Economy Shipping Service'; it is not free to us and is only for USA addresses..
Flat Rate shipping is 'Economy Shipping Service' and is only for USA addresses.
We only ship International orders to bank verified billing addresses, to prevent fraud.
Shipping costs are changing rapidly in the current economy, and subject to correction.
