Tour Shop Fresno offers the following Returns Policy:

Contact us immediately if you have a problem with the item you received. If do not like the item, or the item is damaged during shipment, or is not the item purchased, you may get a purchase price refund, credit, or exchange, depending on situation. Return shipping is not refunded unless we made a mistake. Use, damage or modification of items voids full refund or return of merchandise. Refunds issued when item is returned and inspected for condition.
